What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard MOQ is 300 pieces per model, and mixed-model orders can share one shipment. For a first order Oriole Audio can split a container across several models so the buyer does not have to commit 300 pieces to a single SKU.
Can headsets be private labelled with our own logo and packaging?
Yes. Three levels are available on every model: logo printing on the earcup or boom arm, custom retail packaging and manuals, and firmware or acoustic tuning changes on ODM programs. Artwork proofing is done before tooling starts.
How long do samples and mass production take?
Samples ship in 5–7 days and mass production takes 25–35 days after artwork and sample approval. Lead time is counted from deposit, not from the inquiry.
Which certifications do you hold?
Products ship with CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH, UKCA, ISO 9001, BSCI, UN38.3 as required by the destination market. CE and UKCA cover the EU and UK, FCC covers the United States, and UN38.3 is issued for every lithium battery shipment.
Do you supply call center headsets for large agent fleets?
Yes — call center deployment is the largest category in the catalog. Wired USB, USB-A and USB-C, DECT wireless and dual-mode Bluetooth models are all available, with ENC microphone arrays and inline call controls for softphone platforms such as Zoom, Teams and Genesys.
What is the price of one headset?
Unit price depends on model, order quantity and customisation, so Oriole Audio quotes per project rather than publishing a list price. A written quote with unit price, MOQ and lead time is returned within one business day of an inquiry.
Where does Oriole Audio ship, and can it handle export documents?
The factory exports to 40+ markets and ships EXW, FOB Shenzhen or CIF. Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and test reports are prepared for customs clearance.
